City University of Biosciences; College of Osteopathic Medicine.
She completed her residency in Family Medicine at Cox Health Systems
in Springfield, MO.
She is a member of The American Medical
Association and the American College of Osteopathic Family
Practitioners.
Dr. Spangler is married and she and her
husband Chad have one son.

Becky is married and she and her husband
Alan have 3 children, Colton, Clayton, and Alexis. The family has a
dog named Sadie and 2 cats, Frisky and Tiger.
Becky enjoys making creative albums
scrap booking for her children so they can in turn pass them to their
children when they are grown. She loves to fish and the whole family
enjoys swimming together.
